3月31日，苏州大学附属第一医院发布了第一批预警期刊名单，共7本，将不予报销论文版面费，不发放论文奖励。此外，中科院、吉大一院等单位院校也先后发布了各自预警期刊名单，本文对此进行了汇总。

2020年12月31日，中科院正式发布了《国际期刊预警名单（试行）》，包括了65本期刊，其中医学类的有26本，数量最多，生物学领域也有7本。注：期刊预警不是论文评价，更不是否定预警期刊发表的每项成果。

小编整理这些期刊的出版社、是否OA以及最新IF，MDPI出版社21本期刊上榜。具体名单如下：

在这些预警的期刊中，影响因子方面，5分以上的有两本，分别为Journal of Cellular Physiology（5.546）和American Journal of Cancer Research（5.177）。

此前，吉大版警示名单里有好几本5分以上的SCI期刊，包括Journal of Cellular Physiology、American Journal of Cancer Research、7分+的Journal of Experimental and Clinical Cancer Research和8分+的Theranostics。

在“预警名单”公布后，各机构有了统一的参考。尤其是“高风险期刊”，相当于判了死刑，可以预见到这类的投稿不确定性就会大大减少。

 不过，这份名单也声明了，对既往已发表的，一律不究。梅斯医学认为，一篇好的文章的核心价值在于为科学贡献价值，尽可能在同行期刊内进行发表， 这样才能形成学术影响力，不能为了发表而发表。
